I agree with other commentators about their telephone staff. They are not the friendliest. Last time

General Comments

Preferred Mortgage has been fair with us when we fell behind with payments recently. Gave us opportunity to pay without threats of repossession. They gave us a chance when no-one else would, so can't complain. Beggars can't be choosers!
