I put my order on a Friday and got the confirmation email stating they have received my order.
On Saturday I just called to follow up on my order and good thing I called...The girl, who said she is supervisor and the manager, said that they have tried to find a local florist and the closest they could find is about 20miles away and they are charging $20 to deliver my flowers! So they have sent me an email to cancel my order (which by the way I never received it!) since they cannot cover the $20 deliver chargers.
When I asked what would happen to my $50 she said that I would get a full refund but they have to charge me $15 for cancellation! I told her it wasn't my fault that you had to cancel; I dont want to cancel and she said that I have to pay $20 extra to deliver and she doesnt think it is a great idea to spend $70 for the roses I chosen!
She told me it is clearly stated in "Terms and Condition" that cancellation no matter from them or from me would be charged $15!
So I tried to read out loud the condition and terms where it clearly doesnt say anything about cancellation fee by eflorist and she told me if I dont understand the terms I should have called and asked for clarification and she hung up on me!
Well..Good luck if you want to put an order with this company which is "developing"!
