Good Points

Superb quaily, excellent value, sharp handling, huge load capacity. Hatchback is much more versatile than the sedan Elantra VE version.


Bad Points

It doesn't yet have a hybrid engine option.


General Comments

The Hyundai Elantra GT is a family car that also looks really nice and drives very well - good acceleration, 4-wheel disc brakes (it shares powertrain configurations with the Tiburon). Largest load area in it's class with the back seats down. Hyundia gives you everything you need, high build quality, a long warranty, some nice extras like alloy wheels, but keeps the base price really sweet. If you're looking for a car to drive your kids in that won't break the bank, and won't make your friends laugh, this is it.
