No paper or email confirmation of my booking. No directions.


General Comments

Arriving at Bristol Airport I was amazed to find that there were absolutely no directions to Purple Parking. After booking by 'phone, I expected to receive an email confirming the booking and giving instructions on how to find the car park but there was nothing. On ringing them, we had to give our reference number and/or car registration before they would even begin to help. A member of staff tried to give us directions over the 'phone but it was pointless. We ended up having to use the normal airport parking at Bristol, costing an added fortune.
