Customer service is absolute disgrace
Extremely long wait on check in.
General Comments
I will try to avoid this airline in future. I didn't fly with them but I took someone for check in. Very rude staff. We were told that our luggage was overweight. After asking how much, we were told it was 2 kilos. When I checked the limit, I found out it was only 320 grams over!!!
