Bad Points
Very quick to take payment, however no goods ever received. To date, 4 months on, I still have not received a refund.
General Comments
They did not call me back, answer emails, send out my goods or refund you your money when you ask. I have called numerous times and emailed 6 times. They promised to send out goods 4 times (initially claiming lack of stock, then a stocktake!) and when I asked for my money back after 3 months of waiting, they suddenly said they had the item there and could send it out. I had already bought another elsewhere by this time and said I still wanted a refund. I am still waiting. ABC Model Sport have basically taken my money and seem to have no interest in returning it.
