Good Points

A reasonable set of equipment.

Bad Points

Expense, facility's cost saving(heating, jacuzzi intermitent to save on electric, and most of all terms and conditions are not good.

General Comments

I joined esporta and was made fully aware of the 12 month period that I had to complete which is not a good policy but I was made aware of it; however while I was rushed through the process of filling out forms what I was not made aware of was the ridiculous 3 month notice period to terminate my membership, this was clearly brushed passed me swiftly and I now know why as they have managed another 3 months out of me, and judging by the amount of reviews from people who have also been caught out by this it seems Esporta know what they are doing. Also throughout the year it has become clear that Esporta has made many cutbacks; the changing rooms are cold, there is a lack of assistants unless you pay more the jacuzzi is put on an intermittent timer so its on for 5 mins then off for 5mins just to save on electric . This gym has been struggling for some time now and its clear why.
