When they changed from NTL to Virgin they changed my e-mail address to virgin.net. 18 months later started getting letters saying there's a breach of contract because they said I terminated my NTL account early - when as far as I am concerned they did it automatically.
Customer service were unhelpful. I had to do all the running about to try and sort it out as far as I am concerned. Took me about 4 months before they admitted it was there fault in my opinion. Not replied to my letters I sent as far as I am aware yet. Never get back to you when they say they will. Soon as my contract finishes I'm off elsewhere - I do not recommend Virgin Media.
