Bad Points

Every DVD that I've tried to backup skips and freezes terribly rendering the backup completely useless in my experience. I've tried it on various types of DVD burners using a number of DVD's from different manufacturers and also 8 different DVD players, so it is definitely the DVD Cloner and not hardware/disk errors.


General Comments

Ease of use. Just click and go.
I only gave it 2 stars and that is just for the ease of the interface. Overall this product is a complete waste. DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink work flawlessly and best of all they're free. There are still copies of it out there.
