I am a previous customer of Metacharge.com, I do not recommend them as an online payment system. I have closed my account with them after around a year because they have imposed new requirements which I could not meet. I closed my account with excellent records, very low chargeback percentage etc, and they said they would keep my funds for 6 months then release them. It has been 3 years now and as far as I am awaer they have not yet released my money neither tried to explain why as far as I am concerned. They have stopped even replying to my calls and emails in my opinion.
Therefore I do not recommend Meta Charge.com.

I want to clarify something here, which is after posting the above review, I was contacted by several people from Metacharge whom were apologizing and offering to release our funds. They have released our funds and this issue is closed now.
It seems that metacharge under paypoint have a new management team whom are serious about customer satisfaction. It seems that they care about their image/reputation now.
