I have just started to bank with Halifax and already having problems with them i have just a visa electron card. I had to pay a £10 just to set the account up !!! and sometimes on the internet my card not be veritfied when i go in to my branch it is the worst coster service possible. i asked to withdraw a £5 from my account and was told i wasn't allowed to do that a £5 of my own money !!! i was told i had to go to the post office and do it !!!!!..... i would not advise people to set up account with Halifax...
