I could have thought of something before, but not after what happened today! JET 2 - NO GOOD POINTS this time
PRICE - affordable, but could(should!) be cheaper (at the end of the day it is just a low cost airline) WEBSITE - confusing, hard to find anything
COMMUNICATION - no comment, CALL CENTRE - haha
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
We booked an outbound and inbound flight to Budapest and back to MAN in January. They cancelled the inbound flight, supposedly they also sent us an email and also tried to call us etc. Unfortunately we didn't receive the email, or even the phone call. As we didn't go back to them to chose another inbound flight they cancelled our booking which we haven't been notified of either. Although they did refund the price we paid for the flight, if we had to book the flight now it would cost us 2x as much.
I can only hope that we will be able to sort everything out when we go tomorrow to the airport and speak to whoever personally.
