Great until there is a problem in my experience.
General Comments
We have spent over £2,000 with Kay, Catalogue and received a pair of jeans. The jeans were worn once and then we noticed a hole in the seat area. On returning them, we received a telephone call stating that as the jeans had been worn, we had damaged the jean and therefore no refund was due. I enquired whether the matter was covered under the Sale of Good Act and the reply was that I should write to their complaints department. The jeans were deemed my property and were on their way back to me. I was also charged £2 for carriage and £1.50 Admin. I do not recommend Kays catalogue.
