I paid a deposit for an MFI kitchen was subsequently given such a bad service that I requested a refund on 4/4/08 and received a letter on 17/4/08 thanking me for buying a kitchen with MFI. I am still awaiting a refund and keep being told they are too busy to talk to me.
Never known such bad customer service. Would advise not to go there.
