The great thing about Natwest is that you can actually relate to people IN THE UK and not 1/2 way around the world.
Charges are a bit steep but hey, they charge you for doing something you shouldn't. e.g. going overdrawn, missed payments etc.
I've been with Natwest for over 7 and a half years and they have been good to me. Helped me out when I needed them. As above, the charges are steep but if we don't do something we shouldn't then we won't get charged, simple! Plus, their charges aren't as steep as HSBC. They charge £100 for cash overdrawn and £25 for debit overdrawn! Natwest's easy to use website, online advisor chats and UK call centres are quality things for banks to have. I am very pleased with the service I receive from them and will continue to use the services for a long time yet.
