Flexibility on repayments

Bad Points

absolute disregard for customers over implied agreement to track the BOE base rate.

General Comments

Generally the customer service has been excellent over the number of years of operating the One Account. However, the decision makers who sit in their ivory towers with no names or faces have just made a mockery of the underlying traditions of the Account by not passing on for the first time in One Account history the changes in the BOE base rate.
