I get clean untainted water almost all of the time.
Water pressure in my area is just adequate and occasionally the company will reduce the pressure further for weeks at a time, presumably to save money and to avoid having to fix leaks.
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from a company.
Should I pleased that clean water comes out of the taps when I turn them on almost all of the time? The best that I can say about the company is that the occurrences of total water loss are rare and notified in advance and I do not recall the water ever being tainted.
Trying to engage with the company about a problem is like entering a Kafkaesque nightmare. The customer service people that you speak to seem to find it almost as hard to get information from the operational side of the business as customers do and they are unable to hold them accountable for poor service.
On the one of the few occasions that I managed to speak to an operational manager (regarding water that had been bubbling-up through the tarmac in my street for several months) I was frustrated by his attitude and total failure to take ownership of the problem. Regarding a previous review I'm not aware that anyone has any choice over their water supplier - there is no choice. We have to use the (now privatised) monopoly supplier in our area.
