Facilitates online transactions
I never got the CD I ordered from an Indie label as far as I am aware. When I contacted paypal, I was unable to contact anyone from customer service: they gave a phone number which was a long distance for me, so after waiting about 10 minutes, I hung up. I wanted to write an email, but the only way you write to them is by fiiling out a formn they have. But the problem is, you have to select a category. The categories are the contrary of intuitive. I could not figure out what category I fell under, so I ended up choosing the one that seemed the most appropriate. Then I had to enter a billing number, and again, there was a choice of 3 non intuitive options. I entered the only number that appeared in the email I received confirming the CD transaction and paypal did not recognize it. I tried the 3 options, nothing worked. So basically, I lost about an hour and long distance money trying to reach paypal in vain. I never got the CD or my money back.
