Short shelf life items is given to online customers We were told we were to get a refund then when we called back we learnt that the refund was refused even though we were told to bin the products Now we have no item and no money back. We are to speak to ofcom to see if this is legal
When there is a problem it seems they have not handled it professionally which is a pity
