You THINK you are getting a good deal ie 11 months free by redemtion contract for £40. Free returns if handset found faulty within 28 days.
Phone is a Samsung G600 clearance and I can now see why!My phone was faulty & they have been a nightmare to get through to on phone which, is an 0870 no. Also I still have not had my phone back even though I sent it back 3 & a half weeks ago! I wouldn't mind but am paying a contract on a phone that I have not had the use of yet. You pay the monthly £40 contract and get 11 months cheque back. Have phoned on 4 occasions now to chase under 28 day old repair service and was kept waiting in queuing system for 5 mins, 8 mins, 9 mins and 2 mins before anyone even spoke to me. On my 3rd call when I advised the member of staff that I was losing patience and very annoyed with their service he advised me that he would keep me informed and did at least apologise. However that was an empty apology as yet again I heard nothing in a week & had to phone chasing again. This time I have been told again my phone is ready for despatch & that I should have it back within 48 hours!! We will see.

Customer service scores a big fat 0 i'm afraid for empty promises.
