Generally good coverage in nottingham and leicester. good selection of phones offered. no hard selling advisors.
Bad Points
i know more technicallities about my phone than they do. GPRS server unreliable of late. customer services incompetence varies.
General Comments
Orange shops will have knowledgeable staff to the extent that they will sell you a phone for the features that you want. ask them anything too technical, and you get referred to customer services. cs will then refer you back to the shop. over the last 3 months, GPRS keeps suffering a 'temporary network problem'. as i'm on PAYG, i'm not going to spend forever trying to get through to cs by wasting my talktime. the other problem with customer services is like in any call-centre, some people know what they're doing, others don't, so after so many arguements, i left contract to go pay as you go. and now that GPRS problem exists, i often wonder if the future really is that bright or orange.
