Having to always reboot the wireless router. Technical support read off a sheet as far as I am concerned. Cannot use own router, only their substandard one which only reaches certain speeds despite paying the £10 for top speed.
I have to reboot the wireless router about every hour in my experience. Download speeds are very poor despite paying for the top speed and I am right by the exchange. Apparently you don't get unlimited downloads as they monitor your usage. We have three computers connected to the network. If one person is downloading the second computer almost grinds to a halt.
You have to use the router they supply and can't use your own. This router is renowned for slowness in my opinion.
The so called technical support team are no help whatsoever as far as I am concerned from my experience, they read off a script and I they can never understand me and me the same in my opinion. I don't think they are based in the UK. I am stuck with it as it is a year long contract. As soon as this is finished I am moving. It might be cheap but it's not very good.
