None for me.

Bad Points

General Comments

- Spend too long waiting in a queue only to be told that you are at the wrong department as far as I am concerned.
- I am not getting the speed I am paying for in my opinion and advice from AOL upgrade to a faster package. Why when they are not giving me what I am paying for to start with.
- When I do finally get through to technical support each time I have to go through the steps you did with a previous adviser no matter how many times I tell them I have already done it!
The list is too long to mention everything I feel for me personally therefore I do not recommend this internet provider.
