General Comments

We were looking for a small loan, so when YES loans called we thought they were the company our bank has sent our details to. My partner was blurred by the fast talking sales pitch he didn't know what was happening. Next thing i know, partner has given bank details out and we are told they want £49.50 fee. My partner has difficulties when it comes to things like this and i was so angry that they kind of took advantage of him.Luckily they have not took any cash out of our account yet but..... they set up a health policy at £9.00 a month that is no good to us at all as partner gets it free anyway!! We have cancelled that but i am disgusted that the company take advantage of people in this manner. and i dont know how they are allowed to trade as I feel they are not clear about what they do or their % rates they offer albeit when they do get someone to offer a loan.
