Needs re-vamp, beds positioned under old windows (probably not safty glass) with drunk kids walking past not a good idea!
I read the reviews on this sight after booking and was dreading what lied ahead! I am pleased to say that our basic accommodation was very clean. The apartments do however need a lot of attention and updating. We all had a lovely break, the kids really enjoyed it. The kids pool is ideal and they also loved the playground. Crazy golf could do with a face lift and the Postman pat show was a flop as he only showed for about 30 seconds due to no one showing up. The Friday and Sunday night were very noisy, with drunk kids! Only spent about £4.50 on electric for 3 nights and it had £9.50 credit on arrival! The holiday was good value as we paid £47.50 for five of us through sun offer. Southport is really nice, well worth a visit. I would return to Southport but not to Pontins.
