Good Points
It is a nice colour

Bad Points
Wheel fell off 5 weeks out of guarantee
Constantly needs emptying (after each room)
Cyclonic filter gets blocked with hair.
I find the handle lock release is difficult to press.

General Comments
I purchased this Hoover DM4493 because my previous Hoover vacuum cleaner was so good. Sadly the performance and quality is not the same.
I have had to purchase a new wheel (plastic) at a cost of £4.99 plus delivery costs of £2.75
