Marks and Spencers Pet Insurance has atrocious customer service with the rep refusing to go thru my 2 policy details...saying that I should read the small print. Great help for dyslexics eh! Now that there is no 'no excess' policies, I don't know whom to contact, as I imagine that new insurers will not cover pre-existing conditions for my 2 cats. Does anyone recommend a cat insurer where they actually HAVE customer service, and also a policy with no excess?
