They were the cheapest to obtain full comp car insurance

slow service, poor customer relations, useless repaire services


General Comments

Hastings Direct Car Insurance review - After having our car broken into we made a claim with hastings however two weeks later the garage were still waiting for confirmation from the insurers, who passed the buck back to the garage,who then passed back hastings. we have had no help or constructive advice on whats happening apart from the garage stating it would be an uneconomical repair, which only being a replacement door is pathetic. we received no courtesy vehicle for the whole duration the garage had the car which caused unthinkable amounts of money in taxi fares getting to and from work at two in the morning totalling £50 day, having done that for over a week we've now retrieved the car and done the repairs ourself for about £50 and most definately will never be using hastings direct again and if i were you go elsewhere
