I have been trying to access my account for over an hour and am thoroughly confused by the Birmingham Midshires Internet Banking www.askBM.co.uk system. It is most user unfriendly. My problem is I have forgotten my password and I have not seen how I can resolve this by the guidelines provided by the system. I will now use the telephone which I would rather avoid.

    any one who forgets pass word sould not use internet banking its unfair to blaim bm after all you only have to phone and they set up new pass words
