Very comfortable open road bike. Easy to maintain. Very dependable.
Shock absorbers need to be upgraded,.... engine is way too plugged up with EPA stuff to realize it's potential as it comes from the factory.
Eliminating the Airbox, fitting the carbs with slip on filters, fitting a free flowing exhaust and rejetting the carbs (42 pilot, 148 main, 1 shim on the needle) will greatly increase rear wheel horsepower and give the bike much more midrange punch.
Fitting the suspension with good aftermarket shock absorbers will greatly inhance the Bonnie's handling characteristics.
