Easy to get through on the phone
Did not keep their promise to give me a better rate
As a previous customer with an excellent record, I never missed a payment. When I paid off my account, they were full of promises to get more business. When I phoned to get another loan, they charged me a HIGHER rate of 31 per cent APR. Well they have lost out cos I went to my bank and got a loan for 8.9 per cent APR.
Bad luck BCT I won't be using you again, you just lost a customer.
