Cheap flights. Can arrange complicated itineraries.
Have to explain the same things over and over to loads of different people. They never call back.
We have been booking with Southall for 5 years, and have recommended them to many of our friends, but recently the standard of service has deteriorated considerably.
We are having problems right now, as they have booked my husband and son on different timed flights from London to Delhi, when they should be on the same flight, as our son is only 17 months old. We booked 2 months ago, and only discovered this when we received our e-tickets last week, as we have had no other information since booking. We have spent all week on the phone trying to get this sorted out; people have promised to phone back, to get it sorted, and nothing has happened. They are supposed to be flying on Monday morning and it is Wednesday night!!!!! We will never book with them again.
