Didn't get the advertised speed
Wireless router is pretty poor in my opinion.
Having come from Telewest/Virgin I was looking for an ISP that could give me similar speeds via ADSL. Sign-up for the 24Mb package but was disappointed to find I was only getting about 8... Called them, got straight through to Tech Support , in the evening without ANY queuing. They tested my line to find it would only do 8Mb and immediately dropped my package down to the £12.50 one - all within the space of 10 minutes! Excellent.
Had a few problems with disconnects but another faultless call to their tech support got that sorted as well.
So I may not have the 20Mb+ connection I wanted but I'm happy with my 8Mb for such a low price. I'm more than happy with them so far... Ask me again if they start traffic shaping/throttling.
