Reasonable car, reasonable staff at Grenoble. Booking Europcar through EasyJet isn't sufficiently cheaper for me to put up with this again! 10 minutes hunting for the car - why can't they put numbers on the spaces? Had to go back and tell them about several bits of damage to the car - they clearly don't bother themselves, or are they hoping to charge me for it? On the motorway, lots of salty spray but nothing in the windscreen washer!!! Only one petrol station near the airport at Grenoble, and the pumps don't take UK credit cards, so if you have a flight which is departing outside of the petrol station's manned opening hours you'll end up returning the car without a full tank. Charged £60 for French VAT, even though EasyJet said it's all included. Still waiting for a refund...
