General Comments

Made no attempt to resolve guest complaints. Did not receive what we paid for, no water parks open despite being told they would be! Nothing else open either in the area, despite being reassured things where open. I would not go again before May as it is very disappointing, school students will keep you awake all night and they are very rude and disruptive, adults have no control over them.
