Customer service, no oneI speak to seems to knows what they are doing.
General Comments
Due to a bank error on my account, that no one could fix (?) they had to close my account. As the account was in arrears at the time due to a late debit, they listed me as bad debt, now I have a bad credit rating - all apologies from the bank, but no intention of lifting the bad credit rating they gave me. How can a bank function like this?
