Flight from Birmingham to Goa showing on their website Tour operator Manos, flight a TOM code
Inabilty to confirm or deny cancellation and will not let me cancel and get deposit returned until they have made a decision
Flight now has a block on it and it could be cancelled, departure airport changed, flight date changed, carrier changed - all currently unknown. All I want is confirmation flight is okay or opportunity to cancel and cannot get either from Thomas Cook which means I cannot alter my holiday as I am not prepared to fly with Monarch and will only fly Thomson or First Choice. I asked if I cancel today and you don't refund my deposit however you cancel or amend the flight in 2 months time will you refund my deposit - NO. So I am expected to sit and wait hoping for the best and if the worse happens all Thomas cook will give me is my deposit back!! All seems very one sided to me
