I have been a Ann Harvey customer for years and have always found them to be fashionabnle.
Recently they have become "old fashioned" and the colours are not very smart too much polyester. The skirts are shaplessand the jackets, although well tailored on the shoulders, are too big for me around the middle.
Ann Harvey clothes are still way ahead from Evans, but Evans are a little more fashionable although shapeless.
Sometimes, prices are a bit too expensive for the item.
