Complained about holiday which was ruined due to Thomson's ineptitude only to be fobbed off by several different employees. Eventually went to ABTA who told us we had a good case and then to the Arbitrator who decided we were lying (despite hard written evidence) and Thomson were telling the truth so we lost our case. The Arbitrator then wanted a further £240 to lodge an appeal. We gave up at this point. I will never book another package holiday with Thomson ever again.
