I tried to cancel my flight through through telephoning the GB Reservation Contact Tel No 0871 246 0000 on Weds16/4/08 at 0900 4 times they hung up and then played the recorded message. I find this disgraceful way to treat customers especially as I am being charged premium rate for the call. Also why isn't there simple address details or a form on the web site to enable customers to apply for a tax refund on cancelled flights? Why not have a simple cancellation form on the system and you could then resale the ticket?
