I'll try to make this brief. Travelled from Madrid to Ibiza on Air Europa. I arrived, my luggage did not. They allowed me to spend 100 Euro, and that was it. They said I could spend more after my luggage was declared lost, and that's after three weeks.
It's been over 7 months, I still do not have my luggage, still have not be reimbursed for my luggage, and still waiting for at least that 100 Euro allowance. Customer Services keeps sending me back to Luggage Services, and Luggage Services keeps telling me it will be another 3 to 4 months. Luggage Services and Customer Services are of no help at Air Europa. They will not respond to e-mails and every call I make costs over 8 US$. I will never fly Air Euorpa again. I even told them this and they don't care.
