General Comments

Not what I would rate as a UK 5 star hotel but not far off. Hotel kept very clean and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Rooms were a good size and the army of gardeners kept the grounds and gardens in fantastic shape. Food is nice and varied and caters for the less adventurous with rice, pasta, fruit and loads of desserts and has lots of varied food which seems to be on a weekly rota. Hotel grounds go straight down to the beach which is nice and shallow and so is safe for kids. The kids club and animation team were fantastic, the nightly kids mini disco was a firm favourite as well as having events during the day. Only 2 things I considered below par, some of the hotel guests and the reps who were only interested in selling you trips and if you actually needed them for anything were never available
