Good Points

Very good kitchen designer, I had been to all the others MFI, B&Q etc, but they came up with the best design and ideas and was the cheapest of the lot and the 3 years interest free credit helped

Bad Points

They have gone bust.

General Comments

Paid my deposit by cheque [stupid me!] and then received a letter this week stating Infinity Kitchens had gone into administration, so I have lost all my big deposit and no kitchen at all! Always pay a deposit by credit card then you are covered, I am now going to Wickes to get my kitchen.

Give it a couple of weeks and I'm sure they will set up under a new name: it used to be dillusso and then it went to infinity. I can only guess it will happen again.

Sorry to hear this, welcome to the 'we have been disadvantaged by Infinity Kitchens' club. Have you tried talking to the administrators?

We also bought our kitchen from infinity kitchens and paid a large deposit.Half the kitchen was delivered and then we found out they had gone bust.
On their persuasion we had taken out a loan fron GE money and were initially reassured thtat they would sort everything out but nothing could be that simple, they are dragging their feet and we are in a round of useless communication .

They came to see the wife 2 weeks ago, he was there for just 15 minutes made a few notes and said it would be weeks before I heard anything. Since Infinity went bust I have had a local handyman in who is putting everything right that should have been done last September.

I learnt an expensive and valuable lesson, do what you have done for the last 16 years, buy and fit/project manage yourself.

A man came out today to look at the work that needed done.I discovered quite a few things missing and he is unsure if he will be able to match up the units.Great I have paid thirteen thousand pounds to have a miss match of units.I am going to try and see if I can cancel my agreement with GE money and try to sort out this mess myself but I wouldn't hold your breath.
It has taken me 13 years to afford a new kitchen and 5 minutes to get in a financial mess.
