Had a slight problem with the delivery of the modem initially but this was quickly resolved and I was given a small refund.
Would definitely recommend Waitrose Broadband to anyone using internet mainly for surfing. They offer a very very reliable service. UK call centres who pick up within a few rings and no waiting. All proceeds go to charity. What more can you say?
