You can get through on the phone


Bad Points

When you make a claim, I feel they do anything to obstruct you and try and find something to state your claim is not valid. Claims advisors also do not communicate with the assessors they send out to look at damage and insist you wait a week for the report being returned.


General Comments

Had a small fire caused by ABS wiring and am told they will not cover. They sent an assessor who advised me I shouldn't let my car burn out totally to have it written off. That would have been a sight in my driveway, plus I had a two year old sleeping at the window near the drive.
