Good Points

Easy to see grow, convenient......but


Bad Points

I am trying (for four weeks now) to add to my existing ISA and Nat West are making a complete mess of it!


General Comments

I am sorely tempted to move everything, lock-stock-and-barrel, to another bank because of this messing around. I have been with the bank for all of my life. As a saver in childhood and the old 'District Bank' days to today. However, the last 4 weeks have been absolutely frustrating and irritating.

I think, contrary to the TV adverts, that they should turn my local Nat West into a trendy Wine Bar! I feel I would get better service.
