All of it - the website does not say when items are out of stock so you can order them and then find out afterwards.
On 24th feb found www.bestchoicefurniture.co.uk and ordered a metal bedframe, it didnt show in the cart, so added it again, and did the same so I added it again, then it charged me for 3 beds! So in a panic I rang up and they said not to worry that they would take 2 beds off the order and just charge me for one, but they could not refund for the 2 beds untill i had the one bed delivered.....so, i waited fo the bed, they said i would have it first week in march. After the first week in march i rang and she said sorry it hasnt been delivered but it would definitly be in stock in march sometime. when i asked when she said, she couldnt give me a date, but it would be definitly back in stock in march. So i waited till the last day of march and rang back, and she said first of all it would be here in march again, and i said its the last day today! so i held the line and she said she was really sorry, but the system now says that it will be back in stock in early april. As it had gone this far i said ok i will just cancel the whole thing and have my refund, which she said was fine, but she said it would take up to28days till i got my money back. Im so mad as it is a lot of money and if they hadnt misinformed me in the first place and kept saying that it was coming soon i wouldnt have left my money with them.Today i rang up to see when my money would be refunded as it still hasnt gone in after 2 weeks, I was kept on the phone 45 mins as her "system kept crashing" she said it had been refunded but she couldnt get into the screen that told her the exact details. as i was on the phone i checked both paypal and online banking and neither had had the money go back in ( i had been checking it everyday anyway!) In the end she said she couldnt help me and i need to ring someone called Jill in the morning. Will let you know if i ever get refunded!
