Reliable Service, speed does not drop at peak hours. Reasonable Cost.
Customer Service has improved significantly over the last year and the call centres are based in the UK. However it can still be challenging to find someone who can help you without the need to "re-dial and choose option 3, not 4"
I've been with Bulldog for 5 years now and although there are some better companies out there (for example BE), I would strongly recommend them. I am paying for 8Mbps and I am actually getting 7.9 and 8.2Mbps constantly, without worrying about peak time caps. Some of the reviews on the site have been submitted on purpose and this is obvious. Do your research but don't forget that most of us tend to write a review only if they we are not happy with the service.
