General Comments

Tried to organise an ultrasound scan for my wife. We have full cover and we got a private doctor to give the referral letter. However we were told that AXA needed a consultants name. Errmm uh? Ok so I gave the name of the referring doctor, no luck so then I gave the name of the centre we were referred to. Still no luck. I got quite angry at this point so I just gave up!!!

AXA then gave me some Consultants names but when I called these consultants the receptionists told me they had never heard of them!!!!! Hows that????

I am now seriously thinking of just flying over to Russia to get free fast and professional treatment!!!!
