No real problems with the internet and phone service per say.
Well Bulldog are now no longer accepting new connections or moving current customers if they move house (as with Pipex the are being wound down by Tisali) as far as I am aware. I spent 2 hours on the phone today being given the runaround by their and Pipex and ultimately Tiscali's staff in my opinion. Finally after managing to get hold of a competent member of staff I have been informed that if you have to move house during your contact period you will have to cancel your contract. He also said that even though it's not being advertised that Bulldog are waiving the contract cancellation fees as far as I am aware. I do not recommend Bulldog Broadband.com
